Returns & Exchanges

At GRUJHA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged product or something that doesn't match your order, we’re here to make it right. Kindly review our return and exchange guidelines:


🔁 Returns

If you're not satisfied with the fit or product:

  • A nominal ₹200 return handling fee per item will be charged to cover logistics and processing costs.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


❌ Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you’ve received a damaged or wrong product, please initiate a return by emailing us at help.grujha@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product issue

Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement promptly.


🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds but are happy to provide exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must self-ship the product to our return address. (Reverse pickup not available currently.)

  • Shipping cost for exchange will be borne by the customer.

  • Exchanged products must meet the return condition (unused, unwashed, tags intact).

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Cannot be canceled after placement.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at help.grujha@gmail.com.


🧾 Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

If your requested size is out of stock, we will issue a credit note redeemable at www.grujha.com within 30 days.


📦 Partial Order Exchange

If your order includes multiple items, eligible items can be exchanged individually within the 48-hour return window.


📏 Fit Issues

If the product doesn’t fit, request an exchange within 48 hours. If your desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.


❌ Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges

We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Dissatisfaction with fabric, texture, or color. (Note: A 10–12% variation in color may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.)

  • Products that are washed, worn, or damaged post-delivery.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-returnable.
