Returns & Exchanges

🔁 Returns
If you're not satisfied with the fit or product:

A nominal ₹200 return handling fee per item will be charged to cover logistics and processing costs.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
❌ Damaged or Incorrect Product

Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement promptly.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds but are happy to provide exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must self-ship the product to our return address. (Reverse pickup not available currently.)

Shipping cost for exchange will be borne by the customer.

Exchanged products must meet the return condition (unused, unwashed, tags intact).

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

Prepaid Orders: Cannot be canceled after placement.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at help.grujha@gmail.com.
🧾 Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes
If your requested size is out of stock, we will issue a credit note redeemable at www.grujha.com within 30 days.
📦 Partial Order Exchange
If your order includes multiple items, eligible items can be exchanged individually within the 48-hour return window.
📏 Fit Issues
If the product doesn’t fit, request an exchange within 48 hours. If your desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
❌ Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns/exchanges for:

Dissatisfaction with fabric, texture, or color. (Note: A 10–12% variation in color may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.)

Products that are washed, worn, or damaged post-delivery.

Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-returnable.
